    The property is in the Escalante Valley, west of Cedar City, North of St. George. It’s ringed by the Dixie National Forest.

Topography:     The property lies in the Escalante valley with the Dixie National forest to the East; Zion National forest to the Southeast; The Pine Mountains to the South. The property is flat and easily build able, and surrounded by spectacular mountain views.
Size:    Twenty acres, 660 ft by 1320 ft.      (Almost 19 football fields.)
Roads:   Access to the property is roads and gravel roads.
Population:   The Cedar City 29,144 people and in St. George 72,555

Power: There’s plenty of sunshine in the valley. Most folks use solar power, and have generators for back up. The cost of solar system kits start at about $1100.       

Gas:  Propane tanks are delivered and refilled throughout the valley.

Water: The well depths in the valley are about 150 to 200 feet. Drilling usually costs around $9,000.
